At 22, my life changed in an instant. A sudden collapse in my mental and physical health left me with blurred vision, crippling fatigue, and a mind that couldn’t form complete thoughts. For years, I searched for answers - dozens of doctors, hundreds of tests, endless recommendations, and no real solutions.
I tried everything. Some things helped a little. Many made me worse. Eventually, I gave up hope and drifted through life on caffeine, alcohol, and whatever distractions made the days feel manageable. But underneath it all, the anxiety, brain fog, and exhaustion never let up.
In 2013, I discovered genetics and methylation, but early attempts to fix things backfired. I shelved the idea… until 2024.
With new AI tools and my new and expanded genetic raw data, I dove back in - this time with clarity, structure, and a systems mindset. For the first time, my biology started making sense. Over time, the fog lifted. My energy returned. And 26 years after that collapse, I feel better than I ever have.
Now I help others understand their biology the way I learned to understand mine - through systems, not guesswork.
